This week, we re-focus on the emotional aspect of your well-being journey. This stage is about understanding your emotions more deeply, developing emotional resilience, and continuing your journey of self-discovery.

Instructions for the week ahead:

  • Questions: Re-answer the questions from Week 4.
  • Weekly Document: READ OR LISTEN TO EVERY DAY.
  • Daily Meditations: A meditation for each day.
  • Exercise & Recipes: Continue from last week.

Step 1: Reflect on Week 4.

Revisit the questions from Week 4 and rewrite your answers. Have your emotional patterns changed?

Step 2: Check-In with Accountability.

Share your insights with your support system. Celebrate your growth, and be open about what still feels difficult.

Step 3: Compare and Evaluate.

Consider your honesty levels, emotional clarity, and emotional resilience now compared to the beginning.

Step 4: Revisit Week 4 Steps.

Repeat the steps from Week 4, focusing on emotional fitness.

Step 5: Deepen Your Understanding of Nutrition.

Re-assess your diet and consider how your emotional well-being may be affected by the foods you eat

Step 6: Evaluate Your Training Program.

Reassess your physical training program. If your workout routine is not serving your emotional needs, it may be time to change it.

Step 7: Dive Deeper into Emotional Awareness.

Begin exploring bigger emotional questions: What makes you happy or sad? What do you love or hate? What is your fear or passion?

Step 8: Gratitude for Emotional Growth.

Incorporate self-gratitude for how far you’ve come in your emotional journey.

Step 9: Focus on Holistic Well-being.

This week, make time to read the physical, mental, and emotional well-being materials to reinforce the holistic approach.
