Holistic Well-being

A Guided Meditation

This is a journey to align your physical, mental, and emotional selves. Click Next to begin.

To Begin

Find a comfortable position, either sitting upright or lying down.

Close your eyes and just relax.

The 4-7-8 Breath

Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold for 7 seconds.
Breathe out for 8 seconds.

Repeat this two more times, then let your breath return to normal.

Body Scan

Bring your awareness to your body. As you breathe, imagine a healing light flowing into any area that feels tense or blocked.

Releasing Tension

Scan your awareness from your feet all the way up to your shoulders, releasing tension as you go. Let thoughts come and go without judgment.

Golden Light

Relax your face, jaw, and forehead. Now, imagine a golden-white light entering the crown of your head, filling your entire body with peace and love.

Inner Focus

Now, we will turn our attention inward, to the three pillars of your well-being.

Physical Well-being

Bring your attention to your physical body. Envision a version of you that is vibrant, healthy, and full of energy. Feel what it's like to inhabit that strong, capable body. Accept this vision as your truth.

Mental Well-being

Shift your focus to your mental state. Imagine a version of you who is calm, focused, and free from overthinking. Feel the peace of a clear and resilient mind. This clarity is your natural state.

Emotional Well-being

Now, focus on your emotional world. Picture a version of you who is balanced, sets healthy boundaries, and is in control of your feelings. Feel the strength of being emotionally centered. This strength is within you.

Integration

Bring these three visions together. See yourself as one integrated being: physically vibrant, mentally clear, and emotionally strong.

This is the complete, beautiful you. Hold this feeling.

Returning

When you are ready, bring your attention back to your breath.
Slowly bring awareness back to your body. Wriggle your toes and fingers.

Breathe life and energy into your being.

A New Day

Take one last deep breath and, when you are ready, open your eyes.

Return to your day with gratitude, love, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
